Since graduating law school in 1992, Jim Purdy has felt that the practice of law is not just a means for making a living, it is a call to serve.  When clients come to us for help planning for their future, protecting their family, or seeking compensation for a wrong, we understand that these matters affect your life in real and significant ways.  That is why we have built our reputation around three guiding principles:

Accessibility – Access to the legal system can be expensive and time consuming.  We do everything we can to limit costs to our clients.  We control financial costs by charging fair legal fees and holding out of pocket costs to a minimum.  We use technology as much as possible to minimize the time commitments for our clients.  Most of our meetings with clients are held virtually using telephonic and zoom meetings.  This results in time saved for our clients and lower legal fees overall.

Transparency – The key to any good relationship is communication.  We want our clients to be fully informed throughout our representation.  We explain options, discuss timelines, prepare for next steps and do everything we can to ensure that our clients are kept up to date.

Integrity – There are many ways to define integrity.  For us, it means zealously representing your interests ethically and honestly.  We put our clients’ needs above our own.  We don’t do things just because we can, we do them because they are the best means to achieve your desired outcomes.
